MDM and its employees, agents, and representatives assume no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or incident arising from the negligence, defect, or default of any company or individual providing these services.

We do not accept responsibility for losses, injuries, damages, or expenses of any kind resulting from sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws, or any other causes beyond our control. All services and accommodation are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Morocco in which they are provided.

MDM is not responsible for baggage or personal effects of any traveler participating in tours arranged by us. It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain travel insurance, if desired, to cover potential expenses such as loss of luggage, personal effects, or other unforeseen circumstances.
