DAY ONE
Washington Dulles Airport/Casablanca

DAY TWO
Casablanca                                                         L, D
Arrive at Casablanca airport and transfer to your hotel for a morning rest. Lunch will be served at your hotel
included. Join our national guide for an afternoon tour to include the Hassan II mosque exterior, the Habous
shopping quarter,   the Royal Palace exterior, and the Mohammed V square. Return to your hotel for dinner
included.

DAY THREE
Casablanca/Rabat/Casablanca                               B, L, D               
Enjoy your breakfast this morning at your hotel included. Leave with our national guide for a day trip of Rabat
the capital city of Morocco. Lunch will be on own at a local restaurant. The tour includes visits of the Chellah
Roman ruins, Oudaya Kasbah, Mohamed V Mausoleum, medieval Hassan Tower, and the exterior of the
current Royal Palace. Return to your hotel for dinner and rest for the evening.

DAY THREE
Marrakech                                                                        B, L, D                
Depart for the world famous Imperial city of Marrakech. It was founded in the 11th century and once was the
capital of Morocco. Arrive at your hotel and check in. Lunch will be served at your property included. Leave
with our national guide for an afternoon tour to include, the Majorelle garden once owned by Yves Saint-
Laurent, and the Menara Gardens and reflecting pool. Free time for shopping before dinner at your hotel and
rest for the night.

DAY FOUR
Marrakech                                                                          B, L, D
Enjoy your breakfast and meet our guide for a day tour that includes the Koutoubia mosque known as a
masterpiece of Almohades dynasty art, the Saadian dynasty tombs, the Bahia Palace and harem, the ruins of
El Badi Palace, Dar Si Said Museum, the Old Medina souks and finally, the famous Djamaa El Fn’a square.
Lunch on own and free time for shopping on own or with your guide. We will meet at the same place we left,
time TBD. Return to your hotel and freshen up for dinner and entertainment at a local restaurant. Back to
your hotel and rest for the night.

DAY FIVE
Ait Benhaddou/Ouarzazate                                        B, D
Drive to Ouarzazate via the High Atlas Mountains over the Tichka Pass, at 6,862 feet. Lunch will be served at
a local restaurant on own. A few stops on the way for mint tea made by local Berbers are expected. Resume
our trip to Aït Benhaddou where a group of mud buildings surrounded by high walls, is a traditional Saharan
habitat. The houses crowd together within the defensive walls, which are reinforced by corner towers. This
site is a striking example of the architecture of southern Morocco. Arrive at Ouarzazate and visit the famous
Taourirt Kasbah, once home of most powerful Berber Pashas of Morocco. Check in to you hotel and enjoy
your dinner included.

DAY SIX
Erfoud                                                                                    B, D
Resume our trip along the road of many kasbahs to Erfoud via the spectacular scenery of the high Atlas
Mountains. Lunch is on own. We will stop by a Berber carpet weaving women’s cooperative. Arrive at your
hotel for dinner and overnight.

OPTIONAL: CAMEL RIDE AND SUNRISE ON THE SAHARA
Early morning escape by 4x4s for the desert. Enjoy a memorable ride into the dunes on a camel to witness
the sunrise on the
Moroccan Sahara desert. Back to your hotel for breakfast and check out.

DAY SEVEN
Azrou/Ifrane/Fez                                                                     B, D
After breakfast, we head for a long enjoyable drive to Fes via the alpine style village of Ifrane, and Azrou, the
Amazigh Berber town of the Middle Atlas.  A few stops to meet locals will enhance the experience. Today’s
lunch is on your own. Arrive at your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY EIGHT
Fez                                                                                          B, L, D
After breakfast, we will join our national tour guide for a full day sightseeing tour of Fes, the one of the four
oldest Imperial cities in Morocco and UNESCO World Heritage Site. The tour includes the great Gateway of the
Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter ”Mellah”, the 15th century Borj Nord or north fort, and the 9th century
oldest university of the world which was founded by a woman. Lunch in a local restaurant included. We will
also make a few stops at local handicrafts factories such pottery, brass, textiles and bakery where
everything is made in the traditional Moroccan way. Return to your hotel and freshen up for dinner. Enjoy
your dinner and entertainment at the famous Al Fassia Restaurant.

DAY NINE
Voloubilus/Meknes/Casablanca                                               B, L, D
Enjoy your breakfast and check out. This morning we will head with our national guide to Volubilus and
Meknes Lunch will be served at the Terrab Restaurant or similar Moroccan cuisine. We start our morning tour
with the Roman ruins and mosaics of Volubilis. It was once upon a time the capital of the Roman Province of
Mauritania and the house of Sylene, Antony and Cleopatra’s daughter, who married the Berber King Juba of
Gallienus. In the afternoon, we visit Meknes to include the Yacoub El Mansour Gateways, the Palace Tomb of
Moulay Ismail, the ruins of the vast Imperial stables, if time permits, and granaries. A stop by an olive oil
factory will be the highlight of the day. Arrive in Casablanca to check in to your hotel followed by a farewell
dinner. Rest for the night.

DAY TEN

Enjoy your breakfast, baggage handling and depart for the airport for your nonstop flight back home.
